The BS600 includes two specially shaped asymmetric silicone gel buttock pads. Each pad fits inside one of the two rear pockets of the Milk Silk panties. Step 1 – Measure Your Current Hips Measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks, keeping the measuring tape level. Step 2 – Choose Your Desired Enhancement Decide whether you want to enhance your buttocks, your hips, or both. Step 3 – Compare Your Measurements Find your current hip measurement in the chart and compare it with the approximate enhanced hip measurement. Step 4 – Select Your Size Choose the BS600 size that best matches your current hip and waist measurements and your desired appearance.

Example – Current Hip Measurement of 83 cm

If your current hip circumference is 83 cm and you select Medium (M): Rear Silicone Gel Pads Only 83 cm + 4.8 cm = approximately 87.8 cm. Side Silicone Gel Pads Only 83 cm + 4.8 cm = approximately 87.8 cm. All Four Silicone Gel Pads 83 cm + 9.6 cm = approximately 92.6 cm. This example illustrates how the different combinations of silicone gel pads can change your overall hip circumference. Silicone Gel Pad Size Guide

The rear silicone gel buttock pads have an asymmetric design, with a curved front and flatter back. The side silicone gel hip pads have an oval shape. Both pad types feature thicker central areas that provide the main enhancement. The rear-pad widths are estimated dimensions based on the BS600 pad shapes. XXXL dimensions are also estimates.

Silicone Pad Weight Information

These are the silicone-pad weight figures provided in the Softleaves® BS600 catalogue. They do not include the weight of the Milk Silk panties. Unlike lightweight sponge pads, silicone gel has a more substantial weight, contributing to its natural-feeling softness and movement.

Step 1 – Choose Your Preferred Shape

Turn the panties inside out to identify the two rear pockets and two side-hip pockets.

Step 3 – Insert the Rear Silicone Gel Pads

Place one asymmetric silicone gel buttock pad inside each rear pocket. Position the pads correctly inside their designated pockets.

Step 4 – Insert the Side Silicone Gel Pads

Place one oval silicone gel hip pad inside each side-hip pocket. Keep the curved surface facing outward and the flatter surface toward your body.

Step 5 – Adjust the Pads

Ensure that each silicone gel pad is centred evenly inside its pocket. Smooth the fabric over the pads to create a balanced, natural-looking contour.
